HOW DO I PLACE ORDER?

DO I NEED TO REGISTER TO ORDER?

Yes, you have to register an account. It will enhance your shopping experience as you don’t have to keep filling in your details everytime you make a purchase.

The perks of being a member include early discount notifications and other promotions that will be notified via Attic+Willow newsletters.

 

CAN I ORDER ACCORDING TO MY MEASUREMENT?

In the meantime, Attic+Willow only provide ready-to-wear collections.

 

CAN I CHANGE ADDRESS AFTER PAYMENT?

Unfortunately, no. Attic+Willow only ship to address provided. Please review your Shopping Cart before payment is made.

 

HOW MANY ADDRESS CAN I SHIP TO?

Only one address per order. If you wish to ship to a separate address, then you have to make a separate order.

 

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?

Unfortunately, no. All sales are final after payment is made. Please review your Shopping Cart before payment is made.

 

WHY IS MY ORDER CANCELLED?

Payment is to be made within 2x24 hrs. Orders will be automatically dropped if there is no payment confirmation.

 

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY PACKAGE?

Your order will be processed the next working day after you confirm your payment. Allow 2-3 days for Domestic shipping via JNE. If you wish to expedite your shipment, please choose JNE YES (Yakin Esok Sampai).

Please do not forget to confirm your payment.

I HAVE MADE MY PAYMENT, BUT IT PASSED THE 2x24HRS TIME PERIOD. WHAT SHOULD I DO?
