We accept product exchange only if it is due to faulty product from our production process.
Customers are encouraged to know their own body measurements before they purchase our products and compare them with the size of the products listed.
We do not accept exchange due to:
- Dislike of model
- Dislike of color
- Product deterioration for any causes after the product has been received
Customers will have 48 hours to notify us by email at email@example.com for product exchange request after the product is received. The exchange will be subject to the availability of the same product, color, and size. If the product is not available, Customers are welcome to choose for the same product in different color or another product with the same price or more.
We will reply within 24 hours to assist you with product exchange request. After we notify you, please send the product back to us within 72 hours. We will provide second (exchange) shipment free of charge.
We do not give money refund.
